MEET YOUR COACH

Hey, I’m Coach Steph— born in El Paso, built on grit, and now rooted (for now) in Colorado while still keeping my lifestyle adventurous and on the move.

 

At 32, I’ve spent the last 8 years coaching full-time, working with hundreds of incredible humans who’ve trusted me to guide them toward strength, confidence, and lasting change.

After graduating from Texas A&M in 2016, I knew the 9-to-5 wasn’t my path. My mission? To help ambitious people step fully into their strongest, most confident selves—inside and out.

​

I’m a Leo 🔥 through and through—disciplined, driven, and a little wild. With two World Titles in Sport Martial Arts and a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, I know what it takes to push limits and stay locked in.

 

But here’s the twist—coaching with me isn’t just about grinding. You’ll probably catch me cracking jokes or hyping you up like crazy during check-ins. My clients? They become family. And my community? A group of unstoppable badasses.
